We've answered your most frequently asked questions.
Does the Airys Bouncy Blowdry Brush suit all hair types?
The Airys Bouncy Blowdry brush works great on thick & thin hair. However if your hair is very curly/frizzy we recommend smoothing the roots a little with a hair dryer beforehand. We also have tutorials on our website & social media platforms to help you learn how to use it.
What power plug does the tool come with?
They come with an Australian power plug.
What makes the Airys Bouncy Blowdry brush different to other brushes on the market?
The Airys Bouncy Blowdry brush unlike other blowdry brushes on the market, is a thermal brush. We created a thermal brush because most of the other brushes blew air from within the tool. This hot air blows the cuticle out instead of smoothing and can leave hair quite frizzy. When designing this brush we decided to design a thermal brush with a ceramic barrel to smooth frizz. It’s used on dry hair and you can get a great result using a very simple technique. We wanted to make the brush effective, easy to use & affordable. This brush will give you a perfect salon quality blowout everytime!
Will the brush damage my hair?
This was one of the most important things we considered when creating this brush. Hair health is everything! We made an adjustable temperature for this reason with a maximum heat of 210 degrees C, and the bristles diffuse the heat so it’s not direct heat on your hair which can be very damaging.
Why are the bouncy curls not holding in my hair?
Just like a salon bouncy blowdry the Airys Bouncy Blowdry Brush will hold better on natural hair with more layers. For example if you have all one length long hair or hair extensions the weight of the hair will pull out the curls. If you are facing this issue it would be a great idea to add some holding products or even rollers to your hair styling routine.
It could also be the technique, we have a tutorial on this website & more videos and tutorials showing technique on our Instagram & Tiktok pages
What hair product should I use with the Airys Bouncy Blowdry Brush.
We always recommend using a heat protectant for any kind of heat styling. Also applying mousse or texture spray to your hair before using the Airys Bouncy Blowdry Brush will help your hair hold better.
Can I use the Airys Bouncy Blowdry Brush on coloured hair?
You definitely can! But we recommend using a heat protectant as any heat styling on freshly coloured hair has the ability to change the colour or tone of the hair so to protect your colour & your hair always use a hair protectant.
